Summarizing a Podcast

There are 2 ways of summarizing a podcast episode.

  1. Using the Episode's URL
This method is only available using Spotify share links for now - we expect to enable this for other platforms such as Apple Podcasts and Overcast.
    1. From your Dashboard, click on the button Add Media located top right of your screen. Then click on Add from URL.
    2. Paste the Episode's share URL in the input box and click Submit.
    3. Click on the episode's card to open the episode's page.
    4. Go to the bottom of the Episode page, select your summarization options, and click Start.
*In some rare cases, the episode may not available for summarization due to Spotify's distribution network. When this happens, you will see the Episode page load blank.*
    5. Done! You can now leave the page, and we will let you know when your summary is ready. All your summarized Podcasts are available in the My Library section on your Dashboard.
*Depending on the episode's duration and servers' workload, summarization could take several minutes.*
  2. Searching for the Series in Podsmart AI
