Can other users listen to my audios or read the resulting summaries?

No. Your summaries and audio files are only accessible to you - no other Podsmart AI user can listen to them or read the resulting summaries.

What about your employees?

We are a very small team, and we take your privacy very seriously - we are bound by our own ethical rules. Furthermore, your audios are not readily tied to your username.

Where do you store the files?

Our platform leverages multiple Google's Cloud services for storage and identity management. So, when you upload your audios, we store them there. We take care of implementing our cloud services following industry best practices.

Are you HIPPA compliant?

No. We advise against uploading audios containing Protected Health Information (PHI). Learn more about what is PHI.

Can I delete my own audios and summaries?

We are working on a feature to allow you to delete your files. For the time being you have to contact us with your request - and we will delete your files as soon as possible.
